The Original Bambougie Bamboo Bed Sheet Set
Our Bamboo Bed Sheets are the softest, most durable, and most environmentally friendly sheets on the market today. We utilize a textile known as bamboo lyocell, which is the gold-standard of bamboo material when it comes to bed linens. It's a little more expensive, but we think the benefits over viscose (which nearly all of our competitors use) are well worth it. If a bamboo sheet company claims to care about the environment or tells you they are giving you the highest quality materials, but they aren't using Lyocell, they aren't being honest with you.

How We Keep Quality Affordable
Other bamboo bedding companies charge exorbitant prices because they have massive over head due to retail locations, bloated marketing budgets, and (frankly) greed. Our founders Bryan and Colin Aulds found a way to increase efficiency in the supply chain by eliminating middle-men, keeping marketing spends lean, and then passing on the savings to you. This allows all of our customers to enjoy a truly bougie night’s sleep at prices everyone can afford.
Why Our Sheets Are the Best
Bamboo is one of nature’s most versatile, sustainable, and renewable plant materials. Because of the thickness of the bamboo bushes, the plants grow better when they are pruned and thinned out. During the harvesting process, the roots are not destroyed, and the stalks grow back fast. This means that not only is the bamboo very easy to replace, but also by using the bamboo to create certain goods, such as our sheets, we are actually helping the bamboo to grow and offset more CO2.
Bamboo plants do not require as much water to grow as cotton does, which is yet one more benefit for the environment as water shortages caused by climate change and waste are one of the major threats we face today.
Because bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-microbial, growing bamboo does not require the toxic chemicals and pesticides that growing cotton requires. You know that when you bring bamboo bed sheets into your home, you have peace of mind that the plant was grown without the use of pesticides and other related products.
Our sheets are naturally temperature controlled due to myocell's moisture “wicking” properties, which pull moisture away from the body and dissipate it through quick evaporation. If you are prone to experience extreme body temperature changes that keep you awake at night, you could see a big improvement in the amount of sleep you get by switching to these bamboo lyocell bed sheets.
Antibacterial and Antimicrobial
Numerous studies (see here, and here, and here as well) show that bamboo bed sheets block bacteria growth by wicking the moisture that allow germ growth. This is good news for people who tend to sweat at night or are prone to infection.
Hypoallergenic and Mite Resistant
Bamboo lyocell is naturally hypoallergenic and mite resistant, again due to its anti-microbial properties. This makes our sheets a good choice for people who suffer from asthma, allergies, and other breathing issues.
Due to bamboo Lyocell's natural moisture wicking properties, liquids evaporate very easily off of the material, meaning less stains from body oils and sweat.
Soft, Silky Comfort
Our sheets are made of a 100% bamboo product derivative called Lyocell. Unlike most other "bamboo" sheets on the market made of viscose (which are actually not technically bamboo anymore), our sheets retain bamboo's unique moisture wicking abilities from the "kun" of the pulp. This means a silkier, more breathable material.
Built to Last
Our sheets last longer than traditional sheets, staying soft and luxurious for several years against repeated washing and drying cycles. We are so sure of the quality and lifespan of these sheets that we offer a 125% money back guarantee if your sheets are not just as soft on day 365 as they are on day 1!
Off-Set Your Carbon Footprint Completely
With every set of sheets, we provide on Bamboo Planter Box and a set of bamboo seeds. We want our operation here at Bambougie to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so creating an ultimately carbon-negative footprint is important to us. We want to give all of our customers the chance to grow their own bamboo that they can then plant in the wild and undo whatever carbon we emitted during shipping. We have also used the Planting Box as the packaging so that nothing is wasted. It's all part of our greater mission to make your sleep better and the planet a little cleaner at the end of the day.
